BPH's only fully private space with closing sliding doors. Perfect for intimate gatherings requiring privacy and dedicated amenities.

Booking Requirements

Minimum 18 guests required. Exceptions for luncheons; no exceptions during holiday season.

The Barrel Room

30-35 Guests

Semi-private space at the front of the restaurant. High-top tables and bar seating create an energetic atmosphere perfect for casual mingling and social gatherings.

The Lounge

35-40 Guests

Semi-private space at the rear of the restaurant. Low-top tables along a comfortable bench with chairs, plus bar seating. Located near the patio for a relaxed, comfortable vibe.

Groups of 40+

For larger gatherings of 50–75 guests, we can combine The Barrel Room and The Locker Room to create a cohesive event space that accommodates your entire party while maintaining the intimate, elevated atmosphere Barr's is known for.

On select Sundays during non-business hours, the entire restaurant can occasionally be reserved for exclusive events, providing you with complete privacy and full access to our entire venue.

Auto-Gratuity

Parties of 6+ have 20% auto-gratuity added

Separate checks for groups of 6+ are discouraged

Response Time

Please allow 48 hours for inquiry response. For same-day needs, call the restaurant directly.

Parking & Access

Ample Parking

Parking available at the front and rear of the building. An additional 15 spots are available at the adjacent hotel for overflow.

Convenient Access

Additional access available via rear parking lot through the patio door for added convenience and privacy.
